The National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education (NAQAAE) organized a five-day workshop, running from March 22 to March 26, 2009, for "Higher Education External Reviewers". The workshop was held at Project Management Unit (PMU) under the administrative direction of Faculty and Leadership Development Project (FLDP).
In the presence of the trainee faculty staff members, two NAQAAE certified trainers lectured at the workshop: Prof. Dr. Salim Ahmed Salim, Professor, Faculty of Agriculture, Cairo University, and Prof. Dr. Adel Mubarak, vice- dean of the Faculty of Specific Education, Menoufia University.
The main objective of the workshop was to prepare external reviewers to review the compatibility of higher education institutions with the rules of accreditation in accordance with quality standards adopted by NAQAAE.
